Privacy Statement
Vinyl Vision Fence is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information you provide to us only to process your order. We do not place any cookies on your computer and we only gather the information from you that is necessary to process your online order. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information. We never give out your information to third party vendors or affiliates. We do not make the email addresses of those who access our site available to anyone unless you specifically request it. We do not make telephone numbers available to anyone. We will only use your telephone number to contact you regarding your order. We do not release your private information to others. This site does not link to other websites and your information is not transferred to multiple websites during the order processing. Payment & Ordering Policy
Vinyl Vision Fence accepting all major credit cards, e-checks, paypal, google checkout, and credit-card backed debit card transactions. We also can accept wire transfers, money orders, and personal checks when paid in advance. All orders will be authorized through our credit card processor but your credit card will not be charged until your order has been released for shipping. You can email or call us with your payment information, although we prefer to have your transaction completed online. We may assess nominal charges for any order that is not processed online. Any orders canceled are subject to a 5% restocking fee. All fees are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Policy
Freight is factored into all sales. Freight is 11.5% of your gross invoiced amount and is added to your order total. Because we have built relationships with our manufactures, we will offer free shipping promotions and will NOT charge any shipping on orders over $3500.00. Vinyl Vision is not responsible for damage to any product once it has been released from our warehouse. All shipments are insured by the carrier, and any lost/damage claims must be made with that carrier. We commit to working with you during this process and provide any assistance we can in order to have your claim expedited.
Return Policy
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours for a full refund. We will also accept most any item we sell as a return for credit minus shipping and restocking costs within 30 days of receiving the product(s) except for specialty fabricated and special order items.
Canceled Orders - Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a restocking and administrative fees. Once the order is placed, the fence is fabricated, assembled, and painted and/or palletized per job. If orders are canceled after the order is ready to ship, there will be a 15% handling and restocking fee deducted from the refund due.
You must return your item(s) in its original condition and palletized. The customer is responsible for the safe and undamaged return of all items. Upon receiving the item(s) back, we will inspect them to make sure all parts including installation instructions and any documentation are returned. Damaged or missing items will be deducted from the refund due.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking fees are no less than 15% and no more than 30% depending on the circumstance.
Orders that are refused at the time of delivery where a shipping expense has been incurred by Vinyl Vision, will be subject to no refund of the shipping charge to you and an additional charge for the shipping fee back to us. Restocking and handling fees apply as well. If for any reason you feel that the shipment is not acceptable, call us immediately. In cases of damaged merchandise these shipping charges will be waived, if a successful claim can be filed against the shipper with your assistance.
